Confirmation

Adult Catholics who have not received the sacrament of Confirmation must prepare for this sacrament through RCIA –  Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults.  Before confirmation can be received, candidates must already be baptized and must have received the sacrament of reconciliation. After completing the RCIA religious formation classes, candidates traditionally receive confirmation and first communion on the Sunday following the Saturday Easter Vigil. If you are an adult who has not been baptized, click on the link for more information about becoming a baptized Catholic: BAPTISM. If you are already baptized and have not received the sacrament of reconciliation, click on the link for more information: RECONCILIATION.
